Message from the Acting Chair
Dear Members and Colleagues,
It seems it is a season of farewells for us here at WWDACT with us now saying goodbye to another person we would rather not say goodbye to – our CEO, C Moore. C is finishing up as WWDACT CEO on 30 September 2020 and an EOI for the CEO position will be released soon. C has made an enormous contribution to WWDACT over the past two and a half years and we will greatly miss their expertise, passion, and commitment. Go well, C and thank you for all you have done to grow and amplify the voices of the WWDACT community. You will always be a treasured part of the WWDACT family and I am sure our paths will cross in future.
In other news, WWDACT welcomes Amy Fahey who will be running Online Parenting Peer Support Groups from September to November 2020. For more information on these groups, contact Amy at projects@wwdact.org.au. This newsletter will also be moving to a monthly release, under the capable hands of Ajar Sana, our Community Engagement Officer. Ajar can be contacted at engagement@wwdact.org.au
