Women with Disabilities ACT, along with other disability groups, have issued a statement calling for a whole of Government investment in disability as we move into the 2024 budget and election period.
We have highlighted the need for a package to prevent violence against women and children, the expansion of accessible crisis services, and work to address the overrepresentation of parents with disabilities in the child and youth protection systems.
