Sue was a wonderful stepmother to Karyn, Ruth and Alex, mum to Luisa, grandmother to Jenara and Yilani, and mother-in-law to Adam, Ta and Chris.
We thank everyone for respecting our privacy as we grieve and collect ourselves, and plan how we celebrate Sue’s life with her family, friends, fellow activists, and colleagues.
There will be a small private ceremony for close family & friends. A public celebration of Sue’s life will be held soon after the funeral. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are still working through details.
In lieu of sending flowers, please consider making a donation to a cause Sue has been passionate about, such as Women with Disabilities Australia.
